Job Description

We're searching for an empathetic and driven Social Worker to provide critical support to vulnerable populations in Durban. This role involves direct client engagement, assessment, and implementing tailored support plans to address individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement intervention strategies based on client needs.
• Work within multidisciplinary teams to support client goals.
• Conduct home visits as necessary to assess client situations.
• Stay updated on community resources and service trends.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in social work or related field
