Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description

Looking for a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee production operations in Cape Town. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing staff, and ensuring quality control while meeting production targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of production plans and schedules.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work environment among staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Review and maintain production records, logs, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to ISO and other certifications standards.
• Develop contingency plans to address production disruptions.
• Support projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and output.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows.

Advantageous

• Working knowledge of CAD software: Familiarity with CAD tools for designing manufacturing processes.
• Project management experience: Experience in managing production-related projects effectively.
