Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations and manage staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Optimize stock movement and inventory management.
• Coordinate logistics planning for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement in the warehouse.
• Foster a safe and efficient working environment.
• Implement training programs for new employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Postgraduate qualification would be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
