As a Legal Advisor at our established firm, you will provide expert legal counsel to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your role will involve drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on legal rights and obligations, and representing clients in negotiations. Responsibilities

• Lead legal assessments during mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification
• Specialized diploma in Corporate Law is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a legal advisory role
