Job Description

As a Help Desk Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' IT needs. From handling technical inquiries to troubleshooting hardware and software issues, your expertise will ensure that our customers receive the assistance they require. A friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems and applications.
  • Support end-users in using business applications and systems.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets to maintain user satisfaction.
  • Document user inquiries and solutions provided for knowledge base.
  • Assist in inventory management of IT equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support capacity
