Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Call Taker to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries or issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor call statistics and contribute to performance metrics.
  • Provide feedback on call procedures to help enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for ongoing training initiatives.
  • Promote a positive team culture and work collaboratively.
  • Utilize CRM software to log and track customer interactions.
  • Suggest improvements to streamline processes within the customer service department.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic troubleshooting skills

  • English: Fluent
