We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Call Taker to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries or issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Monitor call statistics and contribute to performance metrics.
Provide feedback on call procedures to help enhance customer experience.
Assist in the development of training materials for ongoing training initiatives.
Promote a positive team culture and work collaboratively.
Utilize CRM software to log and track customer interactions.
Suggest improvements to streamline processes within the customer service department.
Requirements
Education
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
Experience
Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
