Job Description

Join our dynamic customer support team as a Customer Support Representative. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate product information and support.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Enhance customer experience through effective communication.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Customer Service Management certification is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role
