Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts in Durban. This role involves developing and executing creative content strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various social media platforms and trends, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment strategies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, enhancing their experience.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters.
  • Enforce HR policies and practices that align with company values.
  • Develop and implement staff training and development programs.
  • Ensure regular performance assessments are conducted appropriately.
  • Keep accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Champion initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and workplace morale.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources management
