Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits an HR Generalist in Durban! As a key member of our team, you'll manage various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  • Conduct employee surveys to monitor satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in the development of training programs.
  • Monitor compliance with employment equity legislation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits and compensation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Honours degree is preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience within a generalist HR role
