Job Description

As a Weld Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for performing precise welding tasks to manufacture and repair metal components. This role requires strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Record work activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in inventory management of welding supplies.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support cross-departmental projects as required.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Trade certificate in welding

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a welding role

Technical Skills

• MIG Welding
• TIG Welding
• ARC Welding

Certifications

• Welding Certification from a Recognized Institution

Languages

• English: Fluent
