Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of quality assurance processes and tools, and a passion for delivering exceptional products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing QA strategies to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive the improvement of QA methodologies.
• Establish quality benchmarks for all production phases.
• Direct quality audits and assist in compliance checks.
• Liaise with clients to gather feedback on product quality.
• Ensure that all QA processes are executed effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality management roles

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• CQI Chartered Quality Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with agile methodologies: Familiarity and experience working in agile development environments.
