Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance through meticulous testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of user manuals and documentation.
• Provide feedback on software usability and functionality.
• Engage in user acceptance testing to validate product releases.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior testers.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Tester

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing
• API Testing

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester
• Quality Assurance Certification (QAC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with JIRA for issue tracking: Proficient in using JIRA for creating and managing test cases.
• Knowledge of mobile testing: Experience in testing mobile applications on various platforms.
