We are on the lookout for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes that influence key business strategies. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial principles and have experience in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted financials.
• Support ongoing improvement of financial processes and reporting tools.
• Engage in scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Maintain comprehensive financial records in accordance with company policies.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• MBA or Advanced Financial Certification is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in financial analysis or related roles
