Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to deliver outstanding service to our clients in Cape Town. You will play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a friendly and informative manner.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers.
  • Track and follow up on customer issues until resolution.
  • Assist in the development of customer service training materials.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay informed on company updates.
  • Promote additional products and services when appropriate.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Diploma or degree in Customer Service or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in technology
Technical Skills
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Helpdesk software knowledge
Soft Skills
  • Conflict resolution
  • Teamwork
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic

Advantageous

  • Multilingual capabilities: Ability to speak multiple languages fluently is advantageous.
