Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Employee Advisor to join our dynamic Human Resources team. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance with labour laws.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the go-to advisor for all employee-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Monitor compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Develop programs that address employee needs and promote wellbeing.
  • Document all HR procedures and develop a resource for employees.
  • Assist in succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant HR certifications or professional affiliations preferable
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for HR documentation.
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS) Experience with HRIS for managing employee data and performance.
  • Interpersonal Skills Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with diverse employee groups.
  • Problem-solving Skilled in navigating complex employee concerns and resolving issues.
  • Discretion Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • English (Fluent)
