We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR initiatives in Durban. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team.
  • Manage talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee employee performance reviews and feedback processes.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and policies.
  • Lead initiatives that promote employee wellness and mental health.
  • Evaluate and implement HR technologies and systems.
  • Facilitate HR workshops and seminars.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is advantageous
