Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for technical support requests, ensuring a professional delivery of service.
  • Record and track customer issues in the support ticketing system.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues to improve service quality.
  • Engage in continuous learning to keep skills relevant to emerging technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support capacity.
