Job Description

As an HR Manager at Innovative HR Solutions, you'll take the lead in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. This role demands a proactive approach to employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance management. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure a positive work environment and drive performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and sustain an onboarding program that ensures new hires are well integrated.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation within teams.
  • Monitor and assess training programs for efficacy.
  • Engage in workforce planning to support organizational growth.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data management.
  • Champion employee recognition initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and ethical standards.
  • Provide regular reports on HR metrics to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is advantageous
