We are seeking a People Officer to join our HR team, dedicated to promoting employee engagement and well-being. This role involves managing employee relations and coordinating talent acquisition and development strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop HR policies that maximize employee engagement and satisfaction.
Advise on best practices in employee relations and conflict resolution.
Supervise the entire recruitment process and onboarding experience.
Identify training needs and create development programs aligned with company goals.
Implement and manage a robust performance review system.
Ensure the HR policies reflect the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Maintain the HRIS and manage employee records effectively.
Facilitate exit interviews to refine employee retention strategies.
Advocate for compliance with all relevant labour laws and practices.
Work closely with department heads to strengthen cross-departmental partnerships.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
Experience
3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role
