Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to gain a better understanding of staffing needs.
• Develop compelling job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
• Track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations.
• Provide reports to management on recruitment metrics and pipelines.
• Act as an ambassador for the organization when interacting with candidates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
• Master's degree in HR or Business Administration is beneficial

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR
