Job Description

We are on the hunt for a creative Landscape Architect who can bring unique design concepts to life. The ideal candidate should have a blend of artistic vision and practical know-how, with a focus on both residential and commercial landscapes. You will work on a variety of projects, ensuring they are both innovative and sustainable, while meeting client needs and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create landscape designs using industry-standard software.
• Interact with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to align on goals.
• Utilize sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact in designs.
• Analyze environmental conditions to inform appropriate design decisions.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure designs meet client expectations and sustainability goals.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring high quality outputs.
• Foster client relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Review and advise on landscape maintenance plans for long-term care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
• Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in landscape design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• GIS Software

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Professional Landscape Architect (PLA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of irrigation design and management: Experience designing irrigation systems for landscapes.
