Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to lead our learning and development initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of training methodologies and be capable of facilitating impactful training sessions. You will play a vital role in identifying training needs, developing training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive training evaluations to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous learning and development.
  • Assist in budget management for training initiatives.
  • Liaise with other departments to identify training opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of learning and development within the organisation.
  • Utilize technology and tools to enhance training delivery.
  • Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Create performance metrics to measure training impact and employee satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments to incorporate into training efforts.
  • Design and maintain a comprehensive onboarding experience for new staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, or a related field
  • A Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in training coordination or related
