As a Social Worker in our Pretoria office, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals and families to overcome challenges and improve their wellbeing. You'll be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients in need. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community-based programs aimed at improving client wellbeing.
• Collaborate with government and non-government organizations for resource sharing.
• Assist clients in navigating complex social service systems.
• Provide emotional support and crisis intervention when needed.
• Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure continued client support.
• Participate in case conferences and staff meetings to discuss client cases.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical social work
