Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from concept to completion.
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify designs.
• Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and expectations.
• Support quality assurance efforts to maintain production standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in mechanical engineering.
• Develop strategies for sustainable engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis

Technical Skills

• CAD Software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Mechanical System Design

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
