Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our customers realize the full value of our products and services, fostering long-term relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and drive actionable insights.
  • Deliver onboarding and training sessions for new customers.
  • Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the support team to resolve customer issues.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and programs.
  • Create documentation and resources to assist customers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in internal meetings.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business or Customer Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or related fields
