The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to clients facing various mental health challenges. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments.
• Formulate evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Conduct therapy sessions with clients addressing various mental health issues.
• Document treatment plans and adjust as needed based on client feedback.
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings for holistic client care.
• Organize and facilitate support groups.
• Advise on mental health policies and practices within the facility.

Requirements

Education

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
• Valid HPCSA registration

Experience

• 3+ years of direct clinical practice in psychology

Technical Skills

• Trauma-Informed Care
• Child and Adolescent Therapy

• Interpersonal Skills
• Adaptability

Certifications

• HPCSA Registration
• Training in Evidence-Based Practices

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
