Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and guide customers in navigating our website and services.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for potential upsell opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and service updates.
  • Manage time effectively to handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Provide training and support to new team members as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Certificates in customer service training are an advantage

  • 2-3 years in a customer-facing role
