Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies to ensure quality assurance of software products.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs.
• Review and analyze system specifications to create effective test cases.
• Identify and document defects in a timely manner.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced agile environment to test software iteratively.
• Monitor and report testing metrics to the QA team lead.
• Suggest improvements for processes based on testing outcomes.
• Ensure all testing capabilities are aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to continuous testing efforts in an Agile Development environment.
• Engage in continuous learning to keep up with testing methodologies and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• A Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering

• Certified Agile Tester
