Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-notch service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred.
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in a high-volume call centre environment.
