Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and facilitate mental health workshops. Your expertise will contribute to the well-being of our diverse client base.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic support primarily through face-to-face consultations.
  • Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including CBT and mindfulness.
  • Work closely with families to promote supportive home environments.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.
  • Engage in reflective practice to improve therapeutic effectiveness.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming therapeutic space for clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Nursing
  • Master's degree in Psychological Counseling preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in mental health therapy
