Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager in Pretoria to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You will be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring they get the most value from our products and services. Your role will involve building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer communications.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Lead the onboarding and training of new clients on our software.
  • Proactively assess customer health and provide recommendations.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings to review progress and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product delivery based on client feedback.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales to ensure success.
  • Create customer success plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer facing roles
