Responsibilities

  • Log feedback and issues for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing training materials for new hires.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or support
