Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant based in Johannesburg, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the recruitment process for various clients. You will harness your expertise in the recruitment space to attract, interview, and place candidates across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle client relationships to ensure recruitment objectives are met.
• Source, interview, and match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
• Update and maintain candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
• Provide feedback to candidates and clients on interview outcomes.
• Organize recruitment events and networking functions.
• Stay updated on industry developments to inform hiring practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of related experience in recruitment consulting or HR

Certifications

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
