Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our Durban team. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Field customer requests and ensure quick resolution.
  • Engage with customers to identify and address their needs.
  • Provide insights to improve product offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Stay informed of product updates and changes.
  • Create reports on customer interactions for management review.
  • Establish rapport with customers to foster loyalty.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculated or equivalent qualification
  • Tertiary qualification in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support role
