We are on the lookout for a Corporate Finance Associate to join our finance team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will assist in financial analysis, evaluation, and create strategic recommendations for various clientele. This role is pivotal in enhancing our corporate finance offerings, requiring analytical skills and a strong understanding of financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare financial models and documentation for corporate finance transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and client meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deliverables.
• Support the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions.
• Monitor market trends and advise on potential impact on clients' needs.
• Engage with clients to gather information and provide financial solutions.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute insights to enhance financial performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or related role

Certifications

• CFA Level 1 or higher
