Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for event services.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue setup and breakdown.
  • Create event timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and client feedback sessions.
  • Develop creative concepts and themes for events.
  • Handle on-site event management and troubleshooting.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or management
