Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing construction sites, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards. In this role, you'll be a key player in driving the success of our projects while maintaining effective communication among all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all construction operations on site.
  • Evaluate project progress and productivity.
  • Implement best practices in safety and quality management.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Address potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Organize training and development for site personnel.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in commercial projects
