Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will drive and enhance our recruitment strategy in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting high-quality candidates while fostering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
  • Create and manage job advertisements across all platforms to increase visibility.
  • Engage with passive candidates through networking and relationship-building.
  • Facilitate job fairs and campus recruitment to attract emerging talent.
  • Maintain recruitment budget and optimize spending on advertising and agencies.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement recruitment technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver recruitment training sessions for the HR team.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts diverse candidates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related area
  • Postgraduate degree is considered a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a managerial role
