Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathise with customers will be key as you work to enhance their experience with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer feedback channels to gather insights.
  • Utilise analytics to drive strategic decisions about customer relationships.
  • Assist in the development of customer engagement materials.
  • Create customer success playbooks and process documentation.
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities tailored to customer needs.
  • Gather case studies to showcase successful customer outcomes.
  • Facilitate customer webinars and training sessions.
  • Lead customer workshops to explore product features and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer success management
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in data analysis tools
  • Experience with project management software
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Team player
Languages
  • English: Fluent
