We are seeking a knowledgeable Legal Advisor to provide expert legal counsel in Pretoria. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in various legal domains, including corporate and contract law, and demonstrate exceptional analytical skills to support our clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on regulatory requirements relevant to their industry.
• Support clients in dispute resolution, including alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on legal best practices.
• Provide support in corporate financing and commercial transactions.
• Evaluate and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
• Foster strong client relationships through reliable legal support.
• Participate in community legal education initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent
• Master's degree in Law is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law and compliance
