Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies to identify process efficiencies.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance design and production.
• Design layouts and workflows to optimize production.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare reports on process improvements and performance metrics.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field is a plus

Experience

• 5-7 years of industrial engineering experience
