Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving employee engagement and productivity through targeted training initiatives. You will analyze skill gaps, develop tailored training content, and facilitate workshops that support both personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Master's degree or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a training or employee development role

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Assessment and Evaluation

Certifications

• Learning and Development Certified Professional (LDCP)
• Certified Learning Specialist (CLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
