Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Audiovisual Equipment Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring a wide range of audiovisual equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of audiovisual systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Ensure all equipment is functional and optimally configured.
• Deliver training sessions to clients on the usage of new devices.
• Diagnose and resolve customers' technical issues effectively.
• Document and report on installation tasks and client interactions.
• Assist with inventory management and tool maintenance.
• Engage in ongoing training and skill development.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical qualifications in the relevant field will be an advantage

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in installation roles.

Technical Skills

• Experience with installation tools

Soft Skills

• Customer service orientation

Certifications

• Licensed Technician (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Certification in Customer Service: Certification in customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of network systems: Understanding of basic networking principles related to audiovisual equipment.
