We are seeking a skilled Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies and procedures. This role involves ensuring that our practices conform to regulatory standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management and a thorough understanding of applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance audits and reviews of business practices.
• Advise management on compliance risk and best practices.
• Establish metrics for compliance effectiveness.
• Create awareness of compliance issues through workshops and seminars.
• Communicate compliance updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Master’s degree in Compliance or Law is advantageous

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs

Certifications

• Certified Compliance Manager (CCM)
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
