Job Description

Join our firm as a Legal Advisor, where you will be responsible for guiding clients through complex legal challenges, ensuring compliance, and representing our clients' interests. Strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of legal processes are essential.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through legal processes and ensure they understand the implications of decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align legal advice with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on changes to relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Support the Head of Legal with policy development and enforcement.
• Engage with external legal counsel as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Master's degree in Business Law is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a corporate legal environment

• Compliance Management

Certifications

• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
