Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate as necessary for further analysis.
• Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets and hardware.
• Assist with software updates and installations.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of IT processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall IT service delivery.
• Participate in IT projects, providing support as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or relevant field
• Degree in Computer Science is beneficial

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

Technical Skills

• Windows OS
• Networking
• IT Hardware

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• CompTIA A+ Certification
• ITIL Certification is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure): Familiarity with cloud computing services and their configuration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices: Understanding of basic security measures for IT systems.
