Job Description

As a Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Tech Solutions Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's commitment to diversity. You will develop and implement strategies that promote an inclusive workplace culture, ensuring that all employees feel valued and engaged. Your responsibilities will include conducting workshops, analyzing diversity metrics, and collaborating with leadership to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Management
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development preferred
