Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on HR matters.
Lead talent management and succession planning efforts.
Ensure effective communication of policies and procedures across the organization.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop programs.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive offerings.
Evaluate and enhance the HR information system for efficiency and reporting.
Engage in continuous improvement projects to streamline HR processes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
