We are seeking a skilled Foundation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sandton. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and overseeing the construction of foundation systems to ensure the stability and longevity of structures. Responsibilities

• Develop innovative foundation solutions tailored to project needs.
• Analyse structural integrity of existing foundations.
• Prepare and review calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Train and mentor junior staff in foundation engineering best practices.
• Assist in project budgeting and resource allocation.
• Perform regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in foundation design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with BIM technology: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) for collaboration on projects.
