Job Description

As an Account Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, ensuring project delivery aligns with client expectations. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate with various teams to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Manage client budgets and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated financial scope.
  • Participate in industry events to network and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and expectations.
  • Analyze client feedback to drive service improvements and innovations.
  • Develop and implement client service improvement initiatives.
  • Report to senior management on client satisfaction and account status.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in account management or customer service
